Launched in 2025, the International Year of Cooperatives, CUYLM’s Member Service Excellence Spotlight celebrates the people who bring the credit union difference to life every day.
This initiative recognizes credit union employees across Manitoba who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to members.
Exceptional service happens in every corner of our credit unions, not only at the front line – including member service, lending, IT, operations, contact centres, leadership and more. It may be a visible moment with a member or quiet work behind the scenes that helps make the right solution possible.
You might nominate someone who has:
Provided thoughtful guidance on products or services
Taken time to educate a member about fraud prevention or financial safety
Advocated for a member to receive a loan or deposit solution that truly fits their needs
Collaborated behind the scenes to resolve a complex issue
Gone the extra mile to ensure a member felt supported and valued
